Thai pongal celebration at Aaruthal

Pongal festival is for all people and especially for the farmers.The Thai Pongal festival  was celebrated at Aaruthal office on 15^th January, 2015. The Chief Executive Officer, Aaruthal and the Staff participated at the celebration and enjoyed the Pongal.

The first day of January is a festival day known as “Pongal Day“. Pongal means the “boiling over” of milk and rice during the month of Thai.

Tamils wish each other to start the New Year with mutual respect, understanding, trust and sincere cooperation.
