Oli Vizha and Year End Celebration
The above celebration chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr.Sundaram Divakalala was organized and conducted by Aaruthal on 22nd December,2014. The celebration commenced at 11.00 am with the lighting of candles. The chief Guest Rev. Fr. Kanisiyasraj made an address about the birth of Jesus Christ.
The Chairman of the function Mr.Sundaram Divakalala in his address stated that our Organization Aaruthal celebrates all the religious festivals every year. Usually, today we celebrate the Oli Vizha very grandly. Many people who suffered a lot can follow the pathway that Lord Jesus Christ left in this world. The good pathways would help to get relieve the miserable and to lead a happy and peaceful life.
All the staff of Aaruthal bears the work load of Aaruthal with me. He appreciated them and arranged to have the mid day meals together. He greeted all.
The J/Holy Family Convent Preschool Children staged the welcome dance. Speeches were made by Mr.Ariyaratnam and Miss Imaculasia. Mas. Ariyaratnam performed as ‘Christmas Thatha’. Sweets and prizes were distributed to the small children. Prizes were awarded to the preschool children’s performances.
The celebration came to close at 12.30 pm with vote of thanks and all joined the lunch.
